Shan Carlsson Interiors is a boutique interior design practice based in Dubai. Every project starts with how a client actually lives day to day, not a fixed aesthetic applied from home to home. The result is a range of interiors that share a quiet, considered hand rather than one repeated look.

What types of projects do you work on?
The studio works primarily on residential interiors, full homes as well as individual rooms, alongside occasional boutique commercial spaces. If you're not sure whether your project fits, get in touch and we can talk it through.

How does the consultation process work?
A consultation starts with understanding your space, how you live in it, and what you'd like to change. From there we can outline whether a full design service or a more focused scope makes sense for your project.
What should I prepare before an initial consultation?
A few photos of the space, any measurements you already have, and a sense of what isn't working for you today. Nothing needs to be polished, a rough idea is a perfectly good starting point.
How early should I contact the studio?
As early as possible, ideally before any renovation work has started or furniture has been ordered. That gives the most room to plan the space properly from the beginning.
Can I request help with only part of my interior project?
Yes. Some clients want a full interior design service and others need direction on a single room or decision. Note the scope in your enquiry and we'll confirm whether it's something the studio can take on.
